Donegal Services hires for a wide range of positions across demolition, excavation, hauling, dumpster delivery, site utilities, and traffic control. We regularly hire CDL truck drivers, equipment operators, laborers, and project coordinators for projects throughout Chicagoland.
Yes. We offer entry-level and skilled trade positions, and provide on-the-job training to help new hires learn proper safety procedures, equipment handling, and project operations. Many of our current supervisors started in entry-level roles and advanced through the company.
Requirements vary by position. Field roles like CDL drivers and equipment operators require the proper state licenses or certifications. Office and coordination positions may require computer or project management skills. Above all, we look for reliable, safety-conscious team players who take pride in their work.
